We are easily accessible from the north or the south via Interstate 95.

From the North

From the north take Exit 127. Turn left onto Kennedy Memorial Drive (KMD). Just before the seventh traffic light turn right onto West River Road (Route 104). Woodlands Assisted Living is located one mile down on the right.

From the South

From the south take Exit 127. Turn right onto Kennedy Memorial Drive (KMD). Proceed east on KMD through five traffic lights. Just before the sixth traffic light turn right onto West River Road (Route 104). Woodlands Assisted Living is located one mile down on the right.

From the Coast

Take Route 1 North. Take the ramp toward Belfast/Brooks/Freedom.  Turn Left onto Me – 137/Me – 7/Waldo Avenue. Continue to follow Me – 137.  Turn left onto US 202/ Me – 137/ Me – 9/Unity Road. Continue to follow US 202 / Me -137/Me – 9.  Turn right onto Waterville Road/ Me – 137. Continue to follow Me – 137.  Turn left onto Me – 137/ Carter Memorial Drive. Turn left onto Abenaki Road.  Turn left onto Me – 104/West River Road. Woodlands Assisted Living is on the right.
